Luna WAS my favorite..WAS being the key word. I have spent countless hours and money at Luna only to be lied to recently. I booked reservations for Thanksgiving eve, and when I did this I specifically asked the questions "If I have a few people who have to show up later in the night will they be able to line jump?". This question was prompted by two things 1. as I stood in line last year for an hour and half I watched many people walk right in. When I asked the bouncers why this was they told me "because they had reservations". 2. I knew I had friends coming in from out of town/working late that wouldn't be able to ride with the rest of us. After asking my question I was told that YES they would be allowed to line jump. The night came and my friends were NOT allowed to line up. My friend spoke to the lady we made the reservation with and was given a dismissive response and attitude. We promptly left. I have no problem if your policy is no line jumping even with reservations, as was the other bars we spoke too. All I'm asking is not to be lied to when I pick your bar for a specific reason and I make it very clear what I'm looking for. Luna you are no longer my favorite and it'll be a long time before I return to spend my hard earned money at your establishment.
