I placed a rather large order with this company about 4 months ago. Half of it was delivered and the other half I was told was on back order. Weeks go by and I called to find out that my order hadn't been placed yet (some kind of issue with the owner) I was assured that my order would be placed and I would receive the rest of it within 3 to 6 weeks. Again, weeks go by and I call only to be told that my order still had not been placed but would sometime in the future (and again I was told there was an issue with the owner) So almost 4 months later I still haven't received my order and am waiting on a refund of about $150. I did some on-line research and found out that the 'issue with the owner' is that not only is he a credit card thief, but he is going to have to do some jail time because of it. This would explain why the employee who was handling my order was so frustrated when talking to me.
