I have been a client of Palazzolo for 5+ years. I make my appointment with a specific hair/color stylist and am always very pleased with the results. With the same haircut, she will show me how to "blow out" my hair in a different syle for a new look. Sometimes I do have to wait but it is never long. Prices are high, but I am always pleased until my next highlight and cut. I tried 3 different stylists at Palazzolo before finding the "right" one for me. It did not bother me to switch to another stylist (knowing that I could hurt the persons feelings) because it's my hair and my money and I have certain expectations. Once while making an appointment, the receptionist was rude, but I waited a few hours, called agian, and asked for the owner and told him my complaint. Since then everything has been great.

I drive 45 minutes to come back to my favorite stylist, Mary. My husband doesn't understand, but when you go, you'll know why it's worth the drive...

They are an efficient salon that does very nice work at customary prices. They are accommodating and provide a high level of service and courtesy.
