I love this vet!! They are always so gentle and compassionate with my SEVEN animals! As you can imagine with so many pets I am there a lot. I would never consider going anywhere else.

I recently brought my dog Shadow to Royal Oak. We went on vacation and when I came home. He wasn't acting himself. We looked for a vet in our area that would take us on short notice and it was kind of late in the day. The only vet that would take me was Royal Oak Vet. Shadow had never been sick before so we didn't take him to the vet. Dr. Collins was so nice to my Shadow. She really helped him to get better. We all thought he wasn't going to make it, but with the help of Dr. Collins, he came through. The staff there is so nice, they even called me the next day to see how he was doing. When I came in to have him rechecked, Dr. Collins remember everything about him. She made us feel that we were important and most importantly Shadow was important. I love this staff and the doctors. Shadow now has a new vet.

I used to love this place. Dr. Walega is and always will be a wonderful caring vet. SHE DrOver the past few years there has been a large staff turnover. Never a good sign. Every time I go there are new people, policies and prices. The customer care is not what it should be. They seem to care more about money than our pets (hey- I know businesses need to make money, but pet owners need reassurance and kindness. We need to know Our pets are getting top quality care.

I love the vet! I just recently switched to this vet and I am so happy with the doctors and staff. They are so friendly and truly care about my Max. Max is my ragdoll and I love him to death. I switched to this vet because I was having so many problems with my last vet. Dr. Jan really cares about Max. She was laughing and talking about his personality. Max is usually pretty upset when he goes to the doctor and Dr. Jan seemed to make him happy. He sat in her lap and he never did that with my old vet. I love this place and Max loves it too.

Wonderful staff, wonderful Dr., caring and highly educated and professional... very clean facility in my dealings....
