Walked in and was greeted promptly. Store has the air of a true craftsman who really enjoys his work. I attempted to set my watch for 20 minutes and had fears I would break the crown. The owner (should have caught his name) had it set within 30 seconds, then provided me visual instructions so I can keep up with the date/time changes. He didn't charge me anything either. He just made a lifetime customer for all my watch/clock repair needs.

Wow, this is a really great hidden jewel. I got a wooden watch from a friend for Christmas and had to have it sized so Bob did this in a hot minute. Only ten dollars....very reasonable. Horologists are, after all, in high demand due to the scarcity of those in the profession. Tons of new and previously owned clocks. Josh W.

Was amazing, clock was repaired earlier then expected. Wonderful, polite and enjoyable to do business with. Extremely reasonable prices. Will be back. Store hours are restricted but that is so he can make in home repairs, excellent reasoning.

Total lie coming from Kelly.Pietras! Being in business and dealing with the public on a daily bases, I am alway polite and friendly with every customer and I have never used "profanity" with customers wether it be on the phone or in person!!! It is amazing how people can write whatever they like without any proof. So sad that people stoop that low. Bob
