After very disappointing results at the Ford dealership where my family has purchased 4 new cars over the past 20 years (and serviced them there-but not again), we decided to head away from the Ft. Lauderdale area and head up to Al Packer Ford on Southern. What a difference! We felt as though they ACTUALLY WANTED us to by a car from them. Our salesman was Ivan Jazmin, and he was great. Professional but also down-to-earth. He told us later that he told the finance department that “These people came all the way from south Broward. If we don’t treat them right they’ll never come back.”They worked with us to get the car we wanted at a price we were very happy with. And yes, we drove out of the dealership just a couple of hours later with the nw vehicle. Thanks, Ivan, for making it all come together. You definitely have our future business!

Have tried other local repair shops and they don't compare because none of them have Gary Reilly. Gary goes above and beyond to get the job done and for that I will always be thankful and loyal. Never had a problem with the repair work and in some cases Al Packer Ford West has been the only Ford dealer who could get the job done.

Service department is one of the friendliest around. I went in for an oil change with an appointment through the QuickLane and was taken right on time. My only issue is that one of my valve covers was not put back on.

I purchase my new 2018 F-150 from Nobel Adili at Al Packer Ford West. He gave me awesome service, very helpful and professional. Everyone at the dealer was polite, no high pressure, and fast. Gary Reilly is my service manager at Al Packer Ford West and he really knows how to take care of his customers. I just went in for some (extended) warranty work on my 2012 Edge and everything was done without a hitch. I did not purchase my vehicle at Al Packer Ford, but they treat me like I did. Gary always offer me a ride to and from home when my car is in for service. Awesome customer service!

Gary Reilly is my Service Advisor and he is very good. The repairs I had done solved my problem and I appreciated his knowledge and service. I own a 2012 Ford Edge. He informed me about what needed to be replaced and even showed me the old parts that he had replaced with new ones. I love my Ford Edge and I love having a Service Advisor who is good at what he does and very informative and cooperative. Thanks Gary.

Took my Focus in Sat. for an oil change...from the person at the Quick lane desk (Dave I believe but I am bad at names) to the fellow that drove my car up to the young man that I think changed the oil, all great! Service is the best...have purchased and serviced my cars at Al Parker for a while...when I went to pay, the lady behind the payment counter stated this with my rewards advantage, for my tire services, I owed nothing...that really made my day....all good! Larry Oslo and Roger the transmission tech took the time to listen to what I had to say and checked my 2005 Taurus SEL completely. I am delighted that Julie Marcinkoski is the courtesy van driver. She is not only a safe driver but she is absolutely delightful. I am pleased that I drive out of my way to bring my car to this dealership for service. My car is very special to me and I won't let just any one work on my car. Keep these three working there and I will bring my car here! Thank you so much!

Brought my truck in mid morning on a Saturday for oil change and tire rotation. I was late so I didn't think there was anyway they'd get to me by 2pm as the vehicles were lined up when I got there. 12:30 I get a call saying it was done. Great service and great pricing. I couldn't buy the oil for my F150 for that price! I had a slight issue with a center wheel cap that was damaged during the rotation. Mark Mckewin the Service Manager took care of it ASAP for me ordering a new one. If you're in the West Palm area and need service see these guys.

Ashley Moore was my service guy, have worked with him before and have not been disappointed. He is professional and explains things very well. I was just in for an oil change and 215,000 service check, some things were found, and Ashley prioritized them, as to what needed to be done, as and when I could afford to do so. Will be back for sure.

Ashley Moore was very helpful and such a pleasure to work with. Dion had been our Service Advisor for many years and now that he has moved on I am so pleased that Ashley will help us with all of our service needs. Ashley gave me sound recommendations and helped me feel comfortable in waiting until my next visit to replace my tires. He made sure that I knew what his schedule was for the following week and that I had one of his business card. So thankful for Ashley and his not pressuring me to have unnecessary work done on my Explorer.
