The office manager and the front desk receptionist were very rude and unprofessional. They don't know what are doing related to paper work ( insurance matters) In my first appointment I was waiting almost 1 hour and 30 minutes until I said enough and by time time I go to talk to the front desk girl she told me they confuse the appointment and some bs like that after more than 1 hour are crazy!! . The fact is they were so rude and incompetent that I never had the chance to meet the Doctor. I usually I don't waist my time writing reviews like this but the fact is that maybe the doctor it doesn't know how his staff is treating people or maybe he knows and don't care. Either way I don't recommend this place to nobody.

The medical care leaves much to be desired, but the biggest problem is the office staff. They are rude, inefficient and intolerable to deal with on every level. They are totally incompetent, and take offense if you dare to correct them. Very unprofessional... at best.

This is a small practice with a small staff. The doctors are husband and wife. This is how primary care medicine was meant to be. My family is treated on a very personal level. We are listened to and things are explained to us. The doctors are honest and thoughtful. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. I have the doctors cell phone number and can call after hours. I have the doctors email address and can e mail him. I have been going here for 4 years and I have never waited more than 20 minutes to be seen. The office is clean and the equipment is new. The atmosphere is positive and full of energy. I have recommended this practice to all of my family and friends and everybody that goes here is extremely satisfied.
