this has to be the worst managed restaurant we have been to... and we gave it 3 different opportunities! Horrible service at best. It's like everyone there is in their own world and has no clue about their own menu. We even had my girlfriends birthday party there (with about 15ppl and 5 different checks) and were "serviced" by 2 waiters. Well, apparently it was too challenging of a concept to take separate orders for separate bills, as requested. After waiting 45 min of waiting for dinner, which was brought out all at different times - even bringing kids meals of just pasta AFTER bringing all of the adult entrees, we ate and then asked for our checks. Well when our check was brought out the numb-nuts waiter had no idea what group ordered what entr� It took almost a complete hour for them to figure it out...they still didn't get my bill correct after 2 really revisions! They even charged us for the birthday cake slice that was supposed to be complimentary! After waiting too long for food and them to take another hour to break up the checks I gave up battling with them. not once did a manager ever stop by to say hi or ask if we needed anything. Because of making us wait extra hours for them to attempt to serve us, we couldn't make our after dinner birthday party that we planned because they wasted all of our time! Just do yourself a favor and stay away from this poorly managed restaurant.
