This business is extremely deceptive. Do not buy anything from them and do not use Cash. I purchased 2 GREY couches (floor models) but they delivered 2 white couches! I called to fix the issue and the sales rep said he had already left the company but the owners would help. (A guy once featured on American greed) Once I went in to fix the problem the owners basically said the couch I purchased was never in the showroom and said there was never a GREY couch in stock. “I know every piece” he said , so I said, why not review the security tapes, they replied “it only goes back 6 days”. Lies lies lies. Then it gets better, they said they have the couch I want in another warehouse but wanted another $1000 because they “lost money on the original deal” lies lies lies. They refused to help, blamed me and my wife and then said it was my fault. I offered to deliver all the wrong couches back to them just give me a refund, and he said “I’m trying to sell couches not take them back”. They basically sold my GREY couch for more money after I left and then sent me the white couch and said I should have refused the delivery, I bet - so that I would be without any couches and they can point to their sign “no refunds or exchanges” that includes, if they bait and switch you they are protected by that sign. My advice, never buy anything from them just ask them why don’t take refunds and exchanges and watch them back peddle on the reasons. There is a reason why everything is so cheap, it’s not because they are closing it’s because the sign protects them after the sale. It’s a family owned business and there is NO loyalty to the customer, just their pockets, it’s simply, give them your money and DON’T expect it back, even if they give you the wrong items. BEWARE. I went here and just so happen to of had some friends in common with the owner Neil. I trusted in him and he knew my health condition to deliver the furniture and to honor our contract. Furniture came damaged 2nd set of furniture came damaged. For 6 weeks they have been ignoring my phone calls. Carroll in there Delivery department confirmed with me that my 3 bar stools were in and she would set up delivery. Now no one answers my call's Neil is he there with a customer, out to lunch, in the bathroom,. All of this going on with my son in the hospital. Did not need this stress. I will not contact them anymore I will just go to small claims court and contact the Attorney General's office and blast this company all over social media. I also will be contacting global furniture to let them know about their distributor. As you could see in the photos below all the chairs a different heights the dark colored finger is actually the delivery guy who took the photos and sent it to Carol for exchange. This place simply just rips you off and does not care.
