Just went into Mikes shop today and got great customer service. He helped me and gave me advice on a paintball marker I was having trouble with. As one of the last paintball shops still open, go support him so we can always have a place to go when we need things in the same day.

sent me a scratched marker and wrong regulator.

find someone else to spend you're money with

This business has been serving the paintball and airsoft people for over 25 yrs, Mike was the first in Palm Bch County with the old Splatmaster's and has continued to be on the top of the hottest products since. No his service is not perfect, but he takes in on the average of 5 to 10 guns a day for repair and tells his customers what kind of turn around they can expect. Most people do not understand that 80% of the parts for these guns arent even available or they take 2 to 4 wks to recieve. And the quality of some of these guns sold on the internet is very poor, outside they look the same but if you compare them to a quality gun makes and models the metal is of a much higher quality, the internals are much higher quality. If you were to come in to his store you would see an inventory of over 300 guns painball and airsoft and almost any clothing or safety gear possible. This is a small business trying to succeed in a day when the internet has made it very difficult, and just try sending your gun to the store you bought off line from, first you will pay freight to and from so you are at $ 50 before you ever start and at least 2 months out. I see Mike and Garrett fix walk in customer guns as they wait at no charge all the time. Try getting that service from the Internet. How can you expect to get internet pricing and walk in customer service and in stock items, with a warrenty. If you think your gun repair is so simple just needs an oring or just needs a shim, why don't you just fix it ! Oh not quite has easy as it sounded, can't even figure out how it comes apart. Not so easy, thats what I thought. Next time your on the field and you need advice or you need a battery or your ran out of balls or bbs, make sure you find your internet company and ask for help, dont ask Mike. He's busy treating is loyal customers to the kind of service they have come to expect over the last 25 yrs. And yes I've even seen him give his gun to a many a customer to use because theirs had broke. Support your local business

go to unlimited paintball....much better service...much nicer people.....mike and his paintball place is overpriced and dirty...the stuff he sells is nothing but garbage..dont do business with him...

I gave it to this shop to get a repair done. He claimed to have sent it in, a month and a half later and my gun is still "lost".

I have had to go here about 4 times for parts for my gun. He ALWAYS answers the phone, talks to someone else and dosen't take me seriously. I also wanted to buy a hopper off of him... he wanted 45$ for something I found new at walmart for 19$.



Also, got the gun he was selling in the store for 180$ for 100$ offline.



And his store is very messy and unorganized to boot. Oh, and 4$ to fill a CO2 tank
