Provided by YP.comBad customer service, particularly Mr. H. Valencia. The level of professionalism was way below par. Go elsewhere although everywhere around here seems to have the same problem: Horrendous Customer Service whether it be Royal Palm Nissan off of Southern Blvd or another auto place... I wouldn't even give this location one star.

Provided by YP.comWe were looking for a 08 Suburu Forester 2.5 XT they had on internet. My husband called and the internet sales person took all his info and then called back with all the wrong info on his income, the total pymt amt we wanted, and how much we had to put down. After 3 calls back to us we were basically blown off because they felt he had insuffient income. He called back and spoke to the Finance Mgr and had to REFAX all of his info twice. When he was told how much to put down we tried to call and put down a deposit over the phone only to become frustrated with voicemail and no call back for 2 days. As a result our final contact with this dealership was to receive a call telling us the vehicle had been sold at the Auction. NO customer service and NO organization and communication within the departments.

I tried to use it when i needed it thinking that it was for real. No one explained to me that I had to do all my services with them and if I go to the closest dealership to my house to do it (even though is a Nissan dealer and had better prices on services) that was going to kick me out of it.
Yes it did kick me out of the warranty, I had to go back and get the A/C fixed on my car and it didn't cover it..
What a nice lifetime warranty. I was fooled.

Provided by YP.comI went to two other dealerships before I arrived at West Palm Nissan becuase I couldn't get good customer service at the other places. I was very pleased with they way they do business at West Palm Nissan. I was able to go here and tell my salesperson what I wanted (he really listened to me). Actually saved me money by showing me how to add features differently than the orginal trim model I had researched so I still got everything I wanted but for the least about of money (I was on a budget). The best part is I was in and out of there in under an hour. Everyone there was very knowledgable and was able to answer all my questions. Everyone there (salesperson, manager, finance person) really made buying my Altima Fun (Sounds crazy but it was a really nice buying experience). If you are in the market to buy a car, don't waste your time at other places like I did--- just go straight there. Oh yeah, I got a lifetime warranty too with my Altima purchase-- the other dealerships weren't offering that either. Telling everyone I know about this great place to do business. Trust me, save your time and your weekend--- just go straight there.
