I saw a Groupon for Venus freeze and called to inquire. The center manager told me if I bypassed Groupon and bought directly from the center she'd throw in a free neck session. I agreed and after the first session she said she'd honor another set of sessions at the Groupon rate. When the time came she acted like I was trying to scam her. Also the tech said she would treat my laugh lines on last visit and she didn't. Since the treatment didn't yield much of a result I wasn't willing to pay retail price. However, I am still burning over the dishonesty and attitude that was displayed. The doctor in charge of the clinic should be more aware of what goes on there. It's no wonder I never saw any customers.
