When I walked in I showed a picture of what I wanted done & asked if they were able to do that, I was assured they could. After wasting an hour on doing my nails, they looked like something my daughters could have done (for free & looking better I’m sure) the manager came over & started speaking to the nail tech in Chinese (or whatever it may be) instead of asking why I was having her remove it. So I decided to ask for a different color, which I was told would be another $25 in addition to the extra fees I was already paying for the gel polish. So I said forget it, I’ll finish them later elsewhere. Mind you, I had my VERY patient four year old sitting with me the entire time after we had already gotten a pedicure & she sat through my nails as well. So after being there over two hours, paying full price & walking out with bare nails, I didn’t even get so much as an apology or anything besides an attitude from the manager.

Also, less than two hours later, the polish has already started to come off of my daughters pedicure.

Doesn't even deserve the 1 star

WORST nail salon I have ever been to!! Waist of money!! I got a full set of acrylic nails, she didn't size the tips to my nails.. So the tips were smaller and I asked her " could you put on wider tips I don't like how they get smaller as they get to the tip" she said " no I know what I'm doing " I should've walked out right when she said that. Everything I asked for I got the complete opposite. She cut me a couple times as well. It's obvious they don't know what they're doing here. I really wish I could upload a photo so everyone could see how horrible they came out.

This is the most terrible plac...

This is the most terrible place I have ever been to, I usually go to a different salon, but this place was closer and I was on a time constraint. First of all, the place is spacious and NO ONE is there. No customers, and only 2 employees. I should have known this was a bad sign. All other nail salons are always hoppin' and there are numerous employees and clients waiting. Then I went to get my nails done. The lady pointed over to a chair where an older Asian male was waiting for me. He was pleasant enough, but I dont want to really tell my life story, I just wanted to get in and get out. As soon as he started my second cuticle, he cut me. It hurt so bad I jumped. I tried to be calm and keep going, stuff like that could happen now and again. He didn't even apologize. He just mumbled something to himself and poured some blue liquid on it that burned like hell. I think it was glue. It sealed the cut and stopped the bleeding. Then when he did my 4th cuticle, he pulled too hard again and it hurt. It didn't bleed right away, but by the time he was on the next nail is was bleeding down my finger. Again, more blue burning liquid. Moving to my other hand, he cut me again! After I was at the nail dryer, I smudged my one nail, but I just wanted to get out of there. And I dont know about the sterility of the instruments they use. I looked on their website and they go on about how each station has its own sterilized supplies. I dont believe this. There is nothing sealed. I think they just rinse them, put them in a bag, and stick them in the machine. Please dont go here!!!
