Wonderful people, great prices and so efficient in all they do! I always have a good experience at Chuck's.

I towed my vehicle to a neighboring auto center and they were going to take me for a ride ($2,500). I was weary because they kept changing their story on what was covered under their warranty so I towed my car (at my expense) to Chuck's Auto Care. Best decision I ever made. Truck was thoroughly checked and was provided a reasonable price for the repairs. I was informed that previous repairs by the other guys were not done correctly. In January, I spent approximately $3,000 for tires and other services they told me I needed. Not a great feeling in knowing you wasted your hard earned money but a lesson learned. Paul you will receive all of my family's future business. I'm glad I didn't fall for the $400 discount promised by other guys to repair my truck. Chuck's saved me approximately $1,500, so believe the hype. Honesty is their policy and they live up to it.

Excellent and friendly service! We are sorry to be so late in posting but we think fondly of Chuck and his business frequently and would recommend them to anyone in a second! I was traveling from Charlottesville to upstate NY this past spring and our van broke down. Chuck fit us right in, gave us a great deal, wonderful advice and fixed us up so we could get back on the road. He let us hang out in his shop for the few hours it took to fix the van as it was a super hot day and we had our 1 year old with us. I cannot thank him more for his amazing care and concern for me and my family. If we lived closer he would absolutely be our routine mechanic! Thank you for having an honest business and for being such a genuine person. You answered our prayers that day! God bless!

Great service, great at getting repairs done in a timely manor, and won't break the bank!

I took my Mazda to Chucks yesterday after first taking my car to the Mazda dealership. What an outstanding job these guys did for about a 1/3 of the price. They had to fix a number of things and were able to do it all in less than 24 hours. I will always be bring my car problems to them. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

I've been taking my car(s) to Chuck's for +4 years, and I've never had anything less than excellent service from him.Unlike other mechanics I dealt with in the past, I've never felt like I was being given a bill of sales for bloated or frivolous charges for parts or work performed. Chuck has always been fair and honest with the work needed and overall costs for parts/labor. I look forward to another +4 years of top quality service.

I have 4 cars and I come to Chucks for everything. Some people might think I'm crazy because I drive 40 min. one way even for an oil change . In my mind its worth it becase I know that its done right, they also keep in eye on things and let me know if anything is close and when I might need to address them. I tell everyone I know.

I've taken a few vehicles to them with some minor problems and they have always been honest and priced well.

Don't take your vehicle here! My check engine light was on and I asked them to check it out. I came back the next day and they said that they the read the codes, but would have to run a $200-$300 smoke test to determine the problem. They charged me $75 dollars to read the codes and tell me they didn't know what it was! I took it somewhere else and they found a big hole in a intake hose in 5 mins. It cost $23 to buy the part and have them replace it. These jerks would have taken me to the bank if I would have let them. STAY AWAY
