Took the kids there for dinner due to a busy day and no time to cook ! Greeted be a rude male voice and i said i have 3 coupon order and he said go ahead ( rudely ) I told him i would please like the order fresh and placed the order ! I went to the window and the girl started passing me my drinks so i asked her about paying and she said "oh yea" and asked for the money ! Then started handing bags so i said that was fast ( 2 min) is this all fresh and she replied oh yes it is but to my not being suprised it wasn't ! I pulled away and started home to take a few fries out of the bag and they were cold ! Figure I'll just microwave them and got home 3 minuets away and the whole dame order was wrong ! So i called and asked for the management and that same rude voice on the speaker was the manager and told him what was wrong and he said he will replace the order for next time but i asked for fresh and re asled if it was when i was handed my bags and i was reassured they were why not do it right the first time why next time if at all ?
