I just moved into the metropolitan at runnemede. Tiffany and Lacey in the leasing office made my move to the metropolitan seamless, and maintenance even helped me hang my new curtains. I absolutely love the metropolitan and would recommend it to everyone.

I've been a tenant since 2008 and at first it great! The office staff is like a revolving door. The staff in the office now mainly Tiffany is extremely condescending and rude. I think in her mind it's not rude if it's done with a smile. They make up their own rules and discriminate. The new maintenance men know how to fix absolutely NOTHING! I constantly feel like someone is entering my apartment when I am working or away. Boot prints were found twice.

Ive lived in the meadows apartments since 2008. At first i LOVED it here! Great staff, maintence etc, but ever since they replaced the old staff with new people (lori and tiffani) its been AWFUL!!!! On several occasions the water has been shut off with no prior notice so that work could be done and once it did come back on it would run nasty brown water for alomst a whole day! By me having 2 small children this was a serious inconvenience. Also, maintence would just come into your apartment without announcing themselves which was quite unnerving. Last but not least, the new managers, especially lori, have an unpleasant disposition. Very short and curt with matters, not to mention one time they "accidentally" lost my rent check and once it was found wanted to charge me a late fee. Just awful!!! So for those reasons i would NOT reccomend living here.
