The customer service is wonderful. They will not let you leave unhappy with your hair. I will go again and again. (Seriously, the owner will not let you leave if you don't like your haircut, she will fix it!)

Terrible customer service. If you make an appointment, be prepared to wait FAR past your appointment time... Not because they are busy, mind you, but because they seem put out that you've asked them to work.
