We go to a trailer in lewisville and it was a hell hole the trailer had water damage all over the porch looked like it was about to rot off there looked like there was something living under the trailer recently and the cabnets were tore up he asked for a 200 non refubdable deposit just to hold it which was part of the security deposit and on top of that I've never met him and none of my family who went out to look at the property first met him he just seems very sketchy and untrust worthy and if he has a property that looks like crap whem he's trying to get people to move I he's more than likly never gonna fix it up for tenats don't belive the pictures on the web site look before you buy
