Our experience was very pleasant, from the call into the Diamonds office, the staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable and provided answers and offered different ideas and wedding packages.
When we reserved our wedding our chauffeur called the night before and went through our itinerary we made with Diamonds office staff, what a nice touch. Chauffeur was very friendly and not only on the phone. Our vehicle arrived about 15 minutes early the chauffeur came out in a tuxedo with a huge smile , very sharp and waited outside vehicle.
My maid of honer met him and asked if he would load the wedding trolley " Jolly " with some packages, coolers, drinks etc. Harvey went right to work and did a fine job throughout the entire day, even held my train when getting on and off Jolly the trolley! I'd recommend Diamonds to anyone that is looking for a worried free package from a very good company ! :)
