Fraley & Schilling started as a joint effort between Jack Fraley, an agricultural dealer and Earl Schilling, a truck owner hauling agricultural implements in 1955. The company focus has since shifted from agricultural implements to alloy and related products. Fraley and Schilling operates a fleet of more than 300 tractors of a variety of makes and models. It offers a number of services, which include dry van, dry bulk tank, flatbed, flex fleet, expedite, logistics and dedicated freight. Fraley & Schilling is located in Rushville, Ind.

Absolutely love working at Fraley and Schilling Inc. They are a great company that helps you in every way that they can. It is a growing company that has a lot of potential from an office position to the driver's seat. I enjoy it more and more every day.

Terrible place to work. I work...

Terrible place to work. I worked on their operations team and was constantly caught in the family politics. Suffice it to say: too many Schillings running the show without enough accountability. If you own the company, I guess you can put whomever you want in charge, but at least let it be based on merit, not family ties.

This place is a joke. Poor training, no support from Operations. Half the time you call dispatch and no one answers. I got a ticket for loading exactly how I was taught. They said they'd cover it but never did. Would N OT recommend these clowns to drivers.
