$5300.00 to see the Stones on 12/8/12 became the most frustrating night bc we missed the 1st 35 min. of show, then had 4 seats when we paid for 6 in a suite & had to move around behind 4 rows of people to see the stage below… We presented the tickets emailed to us at the venue, at which time we were told to go to the main gate because they tried to scan two of the tickets but weren't scanning properly. At the main entrance we waited a good 20 minutes for us to be told that 1) the tickets were 'copied too many times' 2) and then were told 'this was the suite owners fault,that the tickets will not scan correctly when they are forwarded.' then we had to go over to the VIP entrance where we waited about 15 minutes more and then went up to the Amptix Suite.when we got up to the suite, only 4 available seats at a table with no view. & we PAID FOR 6 seats! they haven't returned calls for the last 4 days. have pictures of the suite setup if i had more room i would attach them. 12/17-update-they emailed us back. added a star

March 13,2013-Thanks to American Express working on our behalf, Amptix credited us 1/3rd of the $5300.00 --3 months later they did the right thing.
