It's truly family-run clown show over there. The gate stops working sometimes and you have to call Jason, who doesn't always answer and it seems like they keep making changes for the worse.

What concerned me most was that they expressed interest in buying my boat but then said they weren't interested. Then, the next thing I know they email me a Move-Out Receipt with one day's notice. When I called and texted to find out what was going on they didn't respond. Fortunately, I checked my email and fortunately I found another place that day. I'm guessing that if I hadn't checked my email, or wouldn't have been able to pick up and move my boat that somehow it would be in their hands. That's pretty scray to think about.

So, buyer beware, if you decide to stay there make sure you check your email daily or you might lose your boat on a technicality.

Nice facility! Convenient to use, great hospitality.

Entry is by a private individual code, which I like. Lot is lit at night, so I can get my boat out to go fishing when it's dark.
