I took my car to Coastal Auto Spa on Jan. 13th for oil change and cleaning because i was going out of town and was due an oil change. . I asked the gentleman to please, please check my tire pressure because i knew my front left was low and that i had put air in it but wanted to make sure all of my tires were good. after a few miles down the road. My light came on about tire pressure, pulled over and checked them..NO AIR had been put in any of my tires, even though the paperworks stated my pressure was GOOD in all tires.. this is a small thing, however this is twice that i have used them, once for my husbands care and this time for mine..both times the cleaning was not as it should be, soap still all over back of the car and spots every where on my mirrors. i will not return two times is enough for poor service....over priced for what they SAY they do!!!!
