Nurses were loving and awesome while vet was "just visiting" and will not ne there next visit thankfully.I went 4 weeks apart each time and was billed 175 followed by 100 to be asked why I didn't just go to the Mobile vet and given 20 pills,no refills, to treat her infection.I was told my Cairn Terriers condition was chronic and would never go away.I'm hoping Dr. Fox is better than the other Vet who was rude and obnoxious and while she's my Moms dog,I now take care of both of them and love her as much as my own dog.

DO NOT go to this place unless you want to wait for more than an hour to see Dr. Fox. Ridiculous!! They are really poor at managing their schedule!! This place is for old people in Suncity who has all day to wait and not for people who are busy working!!

One time I made an appointment with Dr. Fox and I had to see a different Vet. to just hear from her "Oh, sorry you have to see Dr. Fox for this issue." so here I was waisting my time gain with them!

I am NEVER going back!

This is an ok place to go. People there are friendly, never had a problem other than waiting way past appointment time nearly every time we went there. Additionally, every time you come there and wait, they never tell you how soon you are gonna be able to get in. I used to wait 15-30 min minimum past appointment time. Even when they allow you into a room, you still wait for a doctor there even longer. I haven't gone there for several years now, we switched because of above issue. Maybe it's better now. I know they moved into a bigger facility, maybe got more staff ...We used to be customers for 5 or 6 years, I think.
