Patient privacy was compromised by the way they are set next to each other. Staff is between curt and outright rude uniformly. After two visits with the same unpleasant result we will not go back to this facility.

After signing in and listening to the secretary's chatter for a half an hour I was called. The who was to draw my blood had been walking around the whole time with her rubber gloves on. They were never changed. I have never seen such a dirty office/area for taking blood in all my life. The place was filthy. As she drew each tube of blood it was just thrown on the table. When given a cup for a urine sample I was told not to spill it we don't have any more and when I came out I had to ask where to put it. I was told just put it on the table we will get it later. I will not go here again.

On April 14 I had blood drawn. As soon as the needle went in, blood started coming out at the needle insertion point. Technician said that was no problem. When she inserted the third vial(for a test that normally took two vials) I asked why and was told she wanted enought blood in case I had to be called back. The third vial only filled to half, she pulled vial out, and put fourth vial in. This too only filled to half point. She then drew from the other arm, and took two more vials. Then in front of me, she opened up the two half filled vials, poored one into the other, spilling some on the counter. When I got home, I called the facility and reported this and asked that the samples not be sent in for report - I wanted another blood draw. They cordially agreed, and case closed. I have not gone back for the re draw, and will call for appt to make sure I do not get the same technician. This could have been an off day for her, but do not want to take a chance.
