My wife left two messages trying to get a new appointment for our son. Extremely rude receptionist on the phone finally returned her call. It was very apparent that she was only concerned with money at this place. I had paid for the last time we were there and the receptionist complained that I rolled my eyes at her and hurt her feelings. Seriously? Does she work with the public? I never intentionally rolled my eyes at her. We explained to them our son had to be hospitalized for a week immediately after seeing a "therapist" there the last time. Receptionist went into another tirade about being slighted again after wanting another payment. Didn't ask about our son at all. Her employer called back later and didn't apologize about the receptionist or ask about our son. Suggested other places we could go. Red flags abound. Employer was shocked that we were upset with her receptionist's rude behavior. Didn't really care to hear why we were upset. This place is not where you want to get help for your children. Just sit in the waiting room and see how many times they want their money from clients. It's all about money with these people.
