i use to live in Russell Springs so Chantillys bridal was right down the road. Ive been in there a few times to look for different dresses on different occasions. The first time i was ever in there to try on dresses for prom, I felt very pressured to buy something. the girls that worked there were not very polite. Another time, i went in to look at prom dresses for a friend and a brides maids dress for a wedding, The owner bluntly looked at me and said "I dont appreciate girls coming in here to play dress up" when we had only tried on a few dresses. It was as if "no fun allowed" was the atmosphere. I would not recommend it to anyone.

No exchange policy even after 2 days??? Really? I wanted to purchase a more expensive dress and store owner said no. We had the dress for 2 days and decided to get my daughter the one she really wanted. We will NOT recommend Chantilly to friends!
