The business means good but it doesn't take care of their employees the way they should. They gave me the run around 5 times until I found out what my pay was actually going to be. At first they told me a $100 a night, plus $8/hr when she's home & when she's at work you get $9 plus the 100. Turns out, you don't get the extra 8 till you finish training (took me over 3 months). They say they pay mileage but you only get 25% of what you put down. One of the requirements is getting your client out in the public (eating, movies, etc.) but they don't refund any of that money. You can't leave to go to the hospital. You have to work sick (even though in training you're suppose to call in), they always say they don't have enough subs. The place just really gives you a run around!
