This company doesn't even deserve a star. No customer service training or skills for any of the employees, and they have no foloow through. There excuse is that they control over 900 properties. If you can't handle your work load, don't take on the additional work. Common sense does not exist with this poor excuse for a property management company. There are too many options in Pope county to pick the worst one.

Rented Apartment from Ford, asked them to come clean apartment before we moved in. They said that it was cleaned to their standard, We cleaned the house. When moving out the house looked better by far than when we moved in. They kept $247 out of our deposit... Bathtub had a residue, so that had to clean the apartment. That residue was comet cleanser from where we scrubbed the tub. Renters Beware, Ford will find a reason to KEEP YOUR MONEY! Beware!

Don t rent from these people they will take your money and you are left with nothing!

I filed complaint with Federal Trade Commission, Arkansas Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, At which if you look, Ford Property Management has a F grade! For a Fact! Arkansas Realtors Association, and last but not least Go to popecountyar.com search for property owner and notify them of whats going on! There is story after story of money taken from people by Ford Property Management! This needs to STOP! Come On *ACTUAL PROPERTY OWNERS* WONDER WHY YOUR PROPERTY SITS EMPTY!
