I just moved back to the area and this is the worst movie theater that I've been too in 13 years. The condition of the theater is atrocious. The seats, floors and carpet are disgusting. When the lights are on you can see the filth on the backs of the seats and carpet. Floors and steps are worn out, broken or nasty. Chairs are broken and filthy. To top it off the cost to get in is more expensive than any other theater I've been in in 13 years. They give no discounts to students or military like all the others I've been to. The concessions are also more expensive than any other I've been to with by far less choices. The popcorn has been cold every time I've bought it. No choices for food except a small hot dog for $2.75 or popcorn. They have no competition so they don't care what their theater looks like or what their concessions offer. Totally disappointed and will be taking my business to Conway, Little Rock and Morrilton.

HD and 3D movies are played, but the condition of the theater is horrible. There are seats that are broken and remain broken in all the theaters, instead being fixed they are left with no markings or covered with a trash bag and duck tape. Some of the seats are ripped open with exposed foam, and some have had gum on them for several months. The floors are completely dirty and the carpets are faded and worn down. The theaters stink, and some of the ceiling tiles have mold on them. There aren't enough ticket sellers for customers, which causes huge lines almost every time they're open for the evening showings.

Filth and 3 movies in a row have malfunctioned that I have attended

Every time I have been, the staff are non friendly and the place is filthy. Maybe I am picky, but I have paid the same price for tickets elsewhere and had a lot more friendly greetings and a clean theater. I hadnt been in years bc of the condition untill my nephew was in town recently. Sad to say it was the same. Dirty old seats, dirty sticky floor, and workers listening to their earbuds. My nephew asked me not to take him there ever again. Where he lives, the theaters are clean and well maintained. He is 10 and was very disappointed.

In response to the get lady. I never saw an ad on facebook. Their website did say midnight tho. I went to the midnight showing. Avengers was awesome.

This theatre has the worst service I ever experienced. I bought tickets on the 3rd of May when the box office opened at 6:30pm, to see the midnight showing of The Avengers. But the ticket seller said the first showing was at 5am on the 4th, which is what the tickets I bought said too. So I arrive at the theatre at 3 am, and the parking lot is deserted. Waited there until 5:30 am. Absolutely no one there except another guy hoping to buy the 5 am tickets he saw advertised on Facebook. Went back in the afternoon for an explanation and refund, and the manager on duty acted like I was an idiot for showing up for a 5 am showing. They never gave me an apology or comp for wasted time and effort. Had to ask for a refund twice, before he would give it. First time trying out this theatre, never coming back again.
