This place is horrid , they offer you next to nothing I had 1000$ digital camera set and a 1000$ ring they basically refused to offer anything more than a couple hundred for both ... The lady was rude and I would rather just do business else where ...

They have helped me every time I have been there. I only deal with them. The first pawn is low because you have to establish a payment percentage. How do they know if you will come back. After my first pawn they went above and beyond to provide me with the best service. They also told me my appraisal was to low for what I had and needed to get reappraisal for the current market. Awesome people!!!

These are some of the rudest people I have ever meet. All they try to do is scam you out of money. I would not recommend anyone go there. They offer you way under what you should get for your item. I get making profit but it would be better for people to sell there item online.

Are the two previous reviews going to the same place that I go to???? Over the years, both Sharon & Kay have been more than helpful to me. They have always worked with me and tried to help me in anyway they could...I can't imagine either one of them being rude or hateful... I was reading the reviews and just had to give them the HIGHEST rating for the best service in town. I only wish I could give them a HIGHER rating!...Donna Thornton

The older lady and guy working were not only rude but useless had a brand new item needing a short loan they both tryed saying it was out of date how can something made this year be out of date. Save your time and avoid this place

If I could give zero stars I would. This place had the absolute worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I was actually appaled. The woman behind the front desk was so rude to me that by the time I got back to my truck I was bawling my eyes out. Absolutely shocking. If that is how they truly treat their customers then I am just floored that they are still in business. I will NEVER return there. Everyone please beware.
