Brandy will scare off any customers that service plus had/has/or ever will have. I have been a long time customer of Service Plus because I feel that my money should be spent locally. With that said, I have now decided to start looking for another company, one without a RUDE representative.

Absolutely despicable. Over-priced and shoddy work. Took an iphone in with a shattered screen. It worked all of 5 days before the screen just went completly blank. Took it back expecting them to remedy the situation. Apparently they have this secret policy where they don't guarantee their work. So I paid $225 to get my phone fixed. Not once, but twice. They accused me of mishandling my phone and then charged me full price to fix their mistake. I wish I had known that GuruMyPC has a 6 month warranty and is $100 cheaper.I will not be back and i would recommend that you steer clear of this establishment.
