Superior expertise and service. From the time your call is answered, you are in the hands of courteous, highly professional, and caring people. Appointments are kept promptly. Customers receive a call and email identifying in detail the service person who will be coming to their home and reaffirming the time he will arrive. In over 20 years, not one service person has been late to my house. And with 7:30 AM appointments, when they arrive early, they don't ring your doorbell until 7:30 unless you notice their van and invite them to begin work early. Recently, I had to replace my heating and cooling system. Because I called too late in the afternoon for the company to schedule a next-day repair, they brought electric heaters to assure I had heat! I have a spring and fall check-up service contract, and that means a repair person will come out at any hour of any day--including holidays--- to take care of emergency problems. I've had to use this service on a hot July 3rd night when I had guests coming the next day and on another occasion, and thus can vouch for their promptness on such occasions. The contract is minimal cost. Experienced, up-to-date professional service; knowing the workman who comes to your home; ethical ownership----you can't beat these, and I've always found them at Albritton's.
