The apartment I rented from these clowns was not cleaned before I moved in--dirty, nasty, trashed. The carpet was old and filthy. The bathroom was a nightmare! I had to call for several repairs during the first few months of my lease. The manager and the maintenance guy were two lazy toads who blamed the tenants for everything. They had monthly inspections for everything, but the irony is that the place was a dump. Bad indoor and outdoor lighting, security, management, and maintenance. Steer clear of this one!
