Terrible

Why would anyone even make this pet store since they really don't care about the animals not treating/preventing diseases or the costumers which they sell the animal to.

Everytime I go into this pet store I leave sad. The animals are not well kept and the puppies are so unhappy in their little crates and I'm sure their paws get sore from walking around on the grate. I also saw them pulling out about 20 birds from one medium sized cardboard box. I'm pretty sure that many birds are not supposed to be in that size of a box. Also their customer service and humanity for the animals is poor! I have and I'm sure others have too, brought a hurt animal to an employees attention and they shake it off like it is nothing and they never listen to anything you are trying to tell them. Needless to say all the animals should be rescued from this store. It makes me sick!

Terrible. All of the animals inside are abused and not taken care of. Many of the animals are diseased without any care.

My shihtzu went in for a routine grooming. I picked her up and was happy with the cut until I got home and noticed they had skinned her neck! Needless to say they should have let me know this happened. I am now having to take my pet to the vet to get taken care of because of their groomer's carelessness.
