i joined this place the day they opened, i got a really great deal because of it. after 2 years of being a member i was supposed to get my package at 1/2 price...good thing i checked on this because they were not going to discount it if i hadnt, plus it was then i learned that it had been bought out. well, the new owner has a "my way or no way" approach at running the salon (into the ground)...I was treated sooo rude. every time i went in there was a new policy (which are subject to change with the wind) and the staff couldnt get me into a bed without forcing products down my throat. So i decided to cancle my membership.... after being a member for over 3 years (my contract was fulfilled after 2) they wanted $50 to cancle...it was another "new policy", i also know of people who had a freeze on there account and they charged and sometimes overcharged them anyway they have your credit card on file so youre kinda at there mercy. i know another girl that has hired an attorney beczuse of overcharging (a totall of over $5,000) I had a aunt that workED there and she told me the different ways she was trained to get more money out of the people that came in there and if they didnt sell products (lots of them) then they were fired...ive called the BBB and tell anyone I hear talking about joining this salon to run the other way....my advice to anyone reading this is to do the same...maytbe even sprint!!!!!
