DO NOT BUY FROM RUSTON TRACTOR!!!!

Last week i saw a man buy a part from you & then he asked a question about this part. The guy that sold him the part did not know the answer so he asked a mechanic. The mechanic did not know the answer so he looked in a book. After about 10 minutes of looking in the book he still could not answer the man's question about the part. The man said thanks & went to leave the store. He was stopped and given a bill for $52.00.

$52.00 for 10 minutes & still no answer. The man paid the bill, you would have had to take me to jail. I would not have paid that!

I was in the store to buy a new tractor & when I saw what you done to this customer I left.

I bought my new tractor in Shreveport.
