A must for anyone traveling to the valley!
Great service, great food!
worth the wait.

We eat at Rutherford Grill about once a month, and you can not find a better Restaurant of this type in Napa Valley. The service and food is aways the same, OUTSTANDING.

The food is medium priced and well worth the cost.

Be prepared to wait for a table. If you are there on a week end, and in the summer months you may have to wait at anytime, but it is worth the wait.

We love this place. We use to go to Mustard's when up in that neck of the woods, but now we go to Rutherford's! The Prime Rib Dip sandwich is the absolutely best. I love the Hacked/Chopped chicken salad. You can't make a reservation, but you could always have a drink while you wait. They don't have a corkage fee here either! I'm not a drinker, but I'm sure that is a good deal. Also don't forget to have the Skillet Cornbread, its the best! Once you go, you will be back! Now I would give this place five (5) stars, but they don't take reservations. The food is definitely five (5) stars.

After all the talk I decided to try the Rutherford Grill. Horrible service! I have never had a server be so impesonal. i felt as though I were among a restuarant of robots. Constantly trying to remove any little crumb on my talbe was annoying. all that time they used by removing crumbs they could have at least made light converasation or even a warm friendly smile. The food was good. But the service, I mean really I've had better service at a chain restuarant.
