TAKE IT!!!!

They are wonderful to their employees and very understanding. I have been working for them for years, (YES, YEARS!) and I wouldn't change that for anything!! When I first started I mostly enjoyed the fact that I was getting paid to do something I love, be around children. The Parents are also amazing, very loving, caring, and very willing to help in any way. We get a lot of benefits as employees of Rainbow Academy, even if you are just part time employee, you able to take advantage of all the wonderful classes, workshops, and resources they offer year round. The best part about all these things is that they are FREE! It’s an amazing way to grow and keep growing, there’s always more to learn. My directors are great; they even helped me fill out my paper work to start college. I enjoy working here so much that I decided to make a career out of this job. Thanks to them I will soon become a teacher, and still be able to work here since they promote from within. My local school (yes, Rainbow Academy is a school, NOT A DAYCARE!) is a family and this family doesn’t just include the full-time employees but also the part-time employees, the parents, their children and the directors, But also includes our other nine schools. Our family is big, caring and is always growing.

Both my daughter and son (who graduated) love Rainbow Academy. My daughter includes her teachers in her nightly prayers so I know she loves them! My son can't wait for summer camp to have a reunion with his friends that have graduated. His perfect Kindergarten report card told me that he was well prepared by their educational program. I highly recommend.
