Where do I begin? Let me see, number one, they don't LISTEN to what you want. They DESTROYED my wife's hair with their HORRIBLE hilights! The haircut my wife got looked like a long mullet!! She could have done a better job herself! Sylvia is the MOST FAKE person in the WORLD! She smiles in everyone's face & talks about them like they're GARBAGEn in Spanish with the other girls thinking no one understands! I feel bad for the girls that have to work with that woman! She bs'es people for money & her products are WAY TOO overpriced! I even overheard her scolding a stylist because they weren't cutting a kid's hair using "her technique." Lemme tell you, her technique is SUPERCUTS technique! Even the combs they use in there are from SUPERCUTS! Do not continue to support her! Do yourself a favor and find a REAL barber or stylist who's paying taxes and contributing to our economy!
