I want to file a complaint . I purchased a bedroom set and both items were damaged. I am having problems with the company that I purchased it from,they don't want to replace the dresser which is the worst item as far as damages unless I pay for the shipping. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I have to ask you, do you stand behind your merchandise or do I have to put up with this? If I don't get the satisfaction I deserve, I will contact the BBB, Thank You Liz Flowers
