I have been renting a storage at this location for about two years now. Went in to pay my bill today and was told by the lady there that my card was denied, so she ran it again and said it was denied again. I told her that I know the card was good and had just used it 5 mins ago, so she ran it again and said denied again. I checked my bank account when I got home and I had been charged 3 times for my monthly payment, so I called her and she said well I will have to call my company and call you back she called back and said no we did not charge you, while I am looking at the three charges on my account, she just refused to admit that they had charged me and said her credit card company said I needed to call my bank. I did not create this problem, she did and did not seem to care at all. I called my bank and they immediately told me that it was a computer problems with their credit card company and the charges would be dropped by tommorow, so I called her back and told her they did charge me and it was their fault and she just more or less said oh well sorry. I will no longer be renting from them and I caution everyone to beware of this place. It is always very kinky, junk cars everywhere, sometimes you can hardly get in driveway dont keep grass cut, and not there much of the time. My suggestion, find another location that you can depend on
