Poor Performer

Staff is nice but very slow. Wait a loooooong time for help. Make a big deal about asking for preferences, but then never deliver. Could not get help geting patient ready for doctor visit. Too busy? Isn't that what these people get paid for? Staff standing around, talking and joking.....patients waiting and waiting. Very disappointed with their performance.
