Rip offs

I took a cast iron tub to this place. They are paying about a hundred per ton less than the rest of New York State, which is all good. But, thig is, they do not have a scale where you can see how much you weight in and out at. I go to get paid lady tells me cast iron tub weight was 180. I remove about 40 of these a year. The one I removed was a 5 ft, but even the 4 ft cast iron tubs weight 240, on top of that. On the bottom of most cast iron tubs it will say the year it was made and the weight. This one said 1940 and 320. Place counts on fact they are only place within the county I guess. I didn't even start to argue with this lady, but think someone is stupid. Totally ripping people off. I wonder how much the state visits them???
