The Port Chester-Rye Union Free School District serves students in kindergarten through grade 12 through its elementary, middle and high schools in the state of New York. The school district operates several elementary schools that serve students in kindergarten through grade five. Its elementary schools provide bi-literacy programs in English and Spanish and several after-school programs. In addition, the Port Chester-Rye Union Free School District operates a National Blue Ribbon-accredited Port Chester Middle School that serves approximately 800 students in grades six through eight. The school district s Port Chester High School is a four-year, comprehensive education facility that is accredited by the New York State Board of Regents and the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. Its high school serves over 1,150 students.
