I am almost reluctant to write the exceptional review that this lovely establishment deserves. Am I so selfish as to keep news of this gem solely for us?? We found ourselves traveling aimlessly, searching for fall colors with a growing appetite. We found ourselves a charming, warm and inviting restaurant and inn beyond our expectations. Perched on the hillside are acres of rolling hills, iced with white fences corralling beautiful horses. The food was exceptional, the attitude warm and friendly; very laid back and welcoming. We needed a room and discovered a fully equipped two bedroom apartment; full kitchen (complete with view of the horses), laundry room and two bedrooms!! The host and hostess provided us good companionship after the restaurant closed. A memorable way to start our vacation and we are eager to find an opportunity to come back soon!
