i use arnolds all the time. very friendly, very nice and reliable. we've taken all our cars there for everything from an oil changes to water pumps, belt replacements, brake jobs, front end work, engine work, ac, all kinds of services. he always tells us up front what it going to cost, if something is found during the repair at hand he calls us to inform. i don't ever want to take our cars anywhere else. i know i will get what i asked for, and can depend on arnolds. great service!

I took my Toyota corolla to Arnold automotive center to replace a wheel baring that went bad. they replaced it and told us that the car needs alignment. When I picked up the car it was so obvious that it needs alignment bad. the car will not drive 100 feet without getting off the road. it did not feel right, and I thought oh well, an alignment will fix that. Took it to menekie in murphy for alignment and they told us the car is not alignable and they would not fix it, Haaa? Finally I took it to my trust worthy mechanic at Bukner drive, and here comes the surprise. Without telling him anything he asked me where did I change the wheel baring. He showed me marks of hammer banging and force being used to replace the baring. It was obvious to him that whoever changed the baring did not have the right tool. to make the story short Arnold auto damaged the spindle and the strut on the car and they need to be replaced. That is over $900 worth of damage. My advise, stay away from them. They have no alignment machine, and not honest. You have been warned.
