Needed an inspection for Texas vehicle registration. Ended up also needing the Oil Pressure sending unit replaced. Took a little under 2 hours for everything to be done. Would highly recommend.

I went in for an oil change & it was discovered I had an antifreeze leak. Matt was AMAZING!! He was knowledgeable, friendly & knew exactly where the leak was coming from. He repaired it within 15 minutes & I'm a happy camper....no more leaking. Thank you Matt for your remarkable customer service!

I will never not come to kwik car when I have a car troubles again. The staff here is extremely helpful. Dennis took his time to personally help me with my car and I greatly appreciate that. The customer service here is superb. Kwik car sachse is the place to go when it comes to your car troubles!

Nice clean place, good people. I sent my daughter in for an oil change and their mechanic said she had a leak. I thought no way...but when she called and said they took her underneath the car and showed it to her I was impressed. Got an estimate for the head gasket repair job...called around and there ASE tech was correct, I ok'ed, they fixed in one day. Fair price and real good work. I'll be back.

I have had many vehicles and many oil changes done at this location. Their waiting room is clean, comfortable and they even have a room for kids to stay occupied. The ONLY time I had a problem with a service, the OWNER met me at the car, took complete control of fixing the situation, and even walked to the Sonic to give me the keys back and apologized for the inconvenience, even though he could not find blame he did not act like it wasn't his responsibility. That one example, even though it was frustrating, showed me what the owner believes in and how he runs his business honestly.

manager helped solve our problem

We finally got a chance to speak to the manager (on the phone), who turned out to be a very nice guy.. He was cordial and apologised for the mechanics attitude. We ultimately din't have to pay for the mechanic guy's screw up. Since we sorted out the issue fairly, I don't want the buisiness to suffer for a mechanic's fault and hence the improved rating.

worst experience I've ever had

I had the worst experience. I took my car for a routine oil change. Next thing I know, my car is vibrating and smoking. I took it back and they said it was their fault. They apparently put in too much oil and it leaked out. They kept the car overnight and the next day threw a $300+ bill at me saying something was broke., It was such a headache and it cost me so much money. I will never go back to this place again and would warn friends too.
