He's a liar. My wife was told if her scleral contacts did not fit she would be refunded the $1500 they cost us. He never got a pair to fit her properly and she asked for a refund. It's been over two months and no refund. They won't even return her calls now. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

Dr Barnett was very professional and answered all my questions.The staff was friendly and helpful. Altogether, a very positive experience.

This is the best eye doctor's office!!! The prices were great and the staff was really friendly. It was the best eye examination I have ever had and they have all the newest technology. Also, I love my glasses.

First I will say the staff is super friendly and TRY to help, although the lab they send their glasses too is another topic. I have received poor quality work on more than 8 occasions, and yet they still use this same lab? Once my glasses were returned after 4 weeks, and NOTHING was adjusted???



Not sure what is going on with the staff and their lack of customer support, as I mentioned they have always been courteous but this past month I have called every day to check on my glasses and the "mailbox is full"? To me this is not how a reputable establishment conducts buisness. You can not even get a person to call you back? Am extremely disappointed with Dr. Barnett's lack of management or ownership of these problems, and it is a amazing they now opened up another location in Murphy Eye Associates. Consumer beware!!

The Doc was great. The service of the staff was not. Took them an additional 4 days to have my glasses ready from the promise date. They gave me the wrong lens. And when I went in- I wasn't helped right away, even though I had called and they assured me I would be. Then they took an additional 6 days after that. (which I think would have been longer- but I was constantly calling for them)

This was the best eye exam I have ever had!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. They also have the lastest technology which makes me more comfortable that they are taking good care of me. I would absolutely trust this doctor with my family's vision.

They might have high tech equipment but they sure don’t know how to diagnose. My whole family were miss diagnose. After buying Glasses and contact for my daughter I found out (got second opinion) that she even didn’t need them. I would never go back to them again.
