What can I say. Working with Prime and my salesman Rich Mayerson was the best car experience I've had. Love driving my car and it's thanks to the team at Prime Honda.

Was really excited about the new Fit and we went to Prime Honda in Saco to get one. We dealt with Rich Mayerson and he was great. Worked really hard for us as did the rest of the staff. Would recommend Rich and Prime all day.

I had a great experience purchasing my used Honda CRV because my salesman, Asim Yosafi, made it so easy. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles, both inside and out. He seemed trusting and passionate about his job. Compared to other Honda dealerships I have been to, Prime Honda felt nice and comfortable. They took care of everything for me and met my buying needs and I even came from out of state! I would highly recommend purchasing a car from here.

Worked with Ed Pendleton at the beginning of summer, but we couldn't make a deal. We came back and were able to get the numbers right. Great overall experience. Would definitely recommend.

We were looking for a low milage used Ford Explorer through Car-guru and found exactly what we wanted at Prime Honda in Saco. We contacted the dealer through the website and received an immediate reply from Ed Pendleton. He answered all of our questions by email and phone and we agreed to drive from Rockport, MA to Saco to view the vehicle. The Prime Honda description of the vehicle was 100% accurate and the vehicle was exactly what we wanted. There was no hard sell from Ed and he was pleasant and helpful at all times. Having decided to buy the Explorer, Ed and Mike the sales manager handled everything efficiently and courteously. There were two very minor defects with the vehicle that Prime dealt with as promised. As we were Out of State buyers, Prime took care of all aspects of the MA registration and delivered the vehicle to MA, as they had promised to do from the outset. We are delighted with our vehicle and the quality of the Prime "experience". Prime Motor group advertised a FREE flat screen TV with any purchase of ANY vehicle the week of Nov 7, 2009. So I decided to go see what they had to offer. After paying TOP DOLLAR for my new-used vehicle, they denied me the promotion prize TV. I would say that is false advertisement #1. (shame on me for not cath\ching this quicker) But when I got in my new-used vehicle , after signing all the paperwork, I noticed that one of my heated seats did not work! This car was advertised as heated SEATS! Not heated seat! False advertisement # 2 And then on day 2 my car wouldn't start! They did fix the alternator for me, however they told me that they will not fix my heated seat even tho they advertised it as working....
